David Placeres: U.S. is preparing dollarization through Numisma Bank and the gold in England

David Placeres said a delegation from Numisma Bank, a Connecticut bank that supplies cash dollars to central banks, arrived in Venezuela, and that the goal is dollarization. According to Placeres, Marshall Billingslea argued that money from gold sold in England should not go directly to Delcy Rodríguez but stay under U.S. control.
