Acting President Delcy Rodríguez on Tuesday toured the temporary camp set up in the Poliedro de Caracas parking lot in Coche, according to the official broadcast. She was joined by Héctor Rodríguez and Jorge Rodríguez, introduced as head of the general staff for temporary camps.

Activists and released prisoners gathered outside the Palace of Justice in Caracas and said at least 450 political prisoners remain, according to VPItv. They called this year's amnesty law discriminatory and exclusionary and asked that their cases be put on the dialogue table.
David Placeres said the pressure over political prisoners comes from Washington, not from the talks between parliament and the 2015 lawmakers.
