Paula Henao and PDVSA pitch oil investment to some 600 executives in Houston

Hydrocarbons Minister Paula Henao and PDVSA executive Jovanny Martínez offered crude and gas investments in Houston on Wednesday to some 600 executives and investors, according to Oil & Gas Journal. They called for capital, technology, equipment and infrastructure. The meeting prepares Venezuela Energy Week, set for Caracas on February 22-25, 2027.

According to EFE, independent U.S. oil companies are preparing to sign production agreements with PDVSA. On VTV, a guest welcomed the licenses but warned that the sanctions still in place hold back investor confidence.
