María Corina Machado spoke by video on Wednesday at the EPP Libertas Forum in Madrid, organized by the European People's Party. According to Efecto Cocuyo, she said she will return to Venezuela as a “stabilizing, pacifying and organizing” force and that no society is more united than Venezuela's.
