According to VPItv, the Federal Court for the Southern District of New York confirmed a case status hearing for Nicolás Maduro and Cilia Flores on Wednesday, July 22, at noon, postponed from June 30. The channel said it is not the start of the trial and that both have pleaded not guilty.
On state TV, Mario Silva complained on La Hojilla that the subject has vanished: he said nobody talks about Maduro or his government plan anymore and that the caretaker government "was not elected". State TV named Maduro 92% less than its average for the year.

According to VPItv, the national dialogue starts on August 1 and the Concertación Ciudadana movement asked the United States to act as guarantor. Efecto Cocuyo reported that Dinorah Figuera announced a table with 10 representatives of chavismo and 10 of the opposition.

According to VTV, caretaker president Delcy Rodríguez handed homes to 200 families affected by the June 24 double earthquake and announced monthly deliveries until December. On La Iguana TV, a guest spoke of more than 2 million tons of rubble, mostly in La Guaira.
