Vente Venezuela marches in Caracas two years after July 28, demanding elections and María Corina Machado's return
Hundreds of Venezuelans marched in Caracas on Tuesday, called by Vente Venezuela, to demand a presidential election date and María Corina Machado's return, Infobae reported. Machado said in a video that "the transition is coming" and "is with the people." Spokesman Henry Alviárez said a transition requires going to elections.
Dignora Hernández warned that the dialogue starting August 1 is no blank check, according to VPItv and Efecto Cocuyo. For the PSUV, Diosdado Cabello said chavismo goes "as a single bloc" and that the called dialogue has split the opposition further.
