Delcy Rodríguez asks the Supreme Court for a special jurisdiction for earthquake victims

Rodríguez asked the Supreme Court for a special jurisdiction on property and identity matters for victims of the June 24 double earthquake, which The Objective says killed more than 5,500 people. The Venezuela Renace fund will subsidize 80% of homes up to $70,000 and 50% of those up to $100,000.
