Stalin González calls for an Emergency Law and demands the budget nobody has seen

Lawmaker Stalin González told Vladimir Villegas they are working on an Emergency Law to deal with the aftermath of the tragedy. He complained that the Assembly does not know the national budget or how much comes in from oil sales.

He also said nobody can live on the dollar-indexed minimum bonus of 240. On VPItv, a guest estimated the initial phase of reconstruction at up to $37 billion.
