OCHA seeks an extra $296 million as Delcy Rodríguez repeats her call to lift sanctions

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) issued an additional urgent appeal for $296 million, VPItv reported, citing more than 3,800 dead and 16,740 injured from the double quake. Funvisis recorded a magnitude 3.9 aftershock near Naiguatá on Friday, according to Primicias.
