Residents of La Guaira's Hugo Chávez housing complex confront Nicolás Maduro Guerra over collapsed buildings

Nicolás Maduro Guerra, a lawmaker and son of Nicolás Maduro, was confronted by quake survivors while visiting the Hugo Chávez complex of the Gran Misión Vivienda housing program in La Guaira, El Nacional reported. Residents blamed him for the poor construction of buildings that collapsed in the June 24 earthquakes.

According to Caracas Chronicles, a crew from Norway's TV 2 filmed the encounter and two officers later asked for the journalists' names. David Placeres said the reporters had been put on file, and Patricia Poleo criticized Maduro Guerra for handing out stoves.
