Delcy Rodríguez launches the Venezuela Renace plan and inspects aid at La Carlota

According to VTV, Delcy Rodríguez launched the Venezuela Renace plan on Caracas's Avenida Bolívar to repair homes damaged by the two June 24 earthquakes in seven states, and asked Japan, Peru and Chile for specialists. On July 8 she inspected international aid at La Carlota.

VPItv showed families who, 13 days after the quake, are still searching for their loved ones by hand because no machinery has arrived.
