Man rescued after 10 days under rubble in Caraballeda; signs of life reported at Mariana Mar

A man was pulled out alive from the Costa Azul apartments in Caraballeda, NTN24 reported, citing relatives' complaints about rescue delays. VPItv reported signs of life at the Mariana Mar building in Tanaguarenas, where about 25 people remained under the rubble. According to the FANB, Peruvian rescuers saved a 60-year-old woman.
