Marches in six cities demand María Corina Machado's return and presidential elections

Activists marched Sunday in Caracas, Valencia, Maracaibo, Mérida, Los Teques and La Guaira to demand María Corina Machado's return and presidential elections, AP reported. In Caracas, hundreds of Vente Venezuela supporters in sky-blue shirts rode motorcycles through the capital's main avenues.

Machado has spent nine months in hiding and has tried and failed to return to Venezuela seven times this year, per AP. The transition dialogue commission said this week it rejects "any form of violent expression" and that parliamentary, mayoral and governor's elections lie ahead, according to VPItv.
