Foro Penal confirmed 64 political prisoners released as of Friday night, out of the 131 announced by Delcy Rodríguez's government, AFP reported. Before the releases, the group counted 391. Among those freed is Emirlendris Benítez, held since August 2018, according to its director, Alfredo Romero, quoted by AFP.
Dinorah Figuera, president of the 2015 National Assembly, welcomed the family reunions but warned that not everyone is out and urged continued pressure for full freedom, AFP reported. David Placeres said the releases were not negotiated at the table. State TV mentioned amnesty or prisoner releases only once in seven days.

After the table announced a full renewal of the Supreme Court (TSJ), lawmaker Desiree Barboza, a member of the 2015 National Assembly delegation led by Dinorah Figuera, told David Placeres that the United States has been "very watchful" of the process and has endorsed it. Patricia Poleo urged that the new justices not be party quotas.
