Talks between Jorge Rodríguez and Dinorah Figuera begin with the US as facilitator and without Machado

Talks opened this Saturday between the government, led by Jorge Rodríguez, and the 2015 National Assembly, led by Dinorah Figuera, Infobae reported, citing AFP and EFE. The State Department said they will cover institutional rebuilding, elections and guarantees of political participation.
