Delcy Rodríguez signs hydrocarbons agreements with Suriname's president

Acting president Delcy Rodríguez traveled to Suriname and, alongside President Jennifer Simons, signed cooperation agreements on hydrocarbons, gas and higher education, including a memorandum between Venezuelan and Surinamese oil-sector universities, according to VTV.

OPEC reported that Venezuela produced 1,201,000 barrels a day in August, barely 0.08% more than in July, VPItv reported. Chevron announced an investment of more than $7 billion in its joint ventures in the country, while the OAS asked Caracas to name a permanent representative.
