David Placeres: dollarization will be decided at the U.S. Treasury; VTV highlights 444,000 barrels a day of crude to India

Dollarization is "one of the big controversies of this week," said David Placeres, who cited Jorge Rodríguez and lawmaker Antonio Ecarri. According to Placeres, the decision will be made not by them but by the U.S. Treasury Department.

VTV, citing Banca y Negocios and Kpler data, said Venezuela is exporting about 444,000 barrels of crude a day to India in August, making it India's fourth-largest supplier.
