2015 National Assembly delegation travels to Caracas for talks; Diosdado Cabello says dialogue is "not capitulation"

Members of the 2015 National Assembly are traveling to Venezuela for the meeting with the government set for August 6, according to David Placeres. María Corina Machado, who was not invited, acknowledged differences with the Donald Trump administration over the timing of the transition, Placeres reported.

At a PSUV press conference, Diosdado Cabello said dialogue has been a banner of the Bolivarian Revolution and criticized opposition sectors that see it as surrender.
