Diosdado Cabello: 'some opposition sectors think dialogue is surrender'

At a PSUV press conference on August 3, Diosdado Cabello said the Bolivarian Revolution and PSUV have historically carried 'the banner of dialogue' and that, for his party, respect for the Constitution 'is already a gain'.

From the opposition, David Placeres said the table between Jorge Rodríguez and Dinorah Figuera starts without Cabello or Nicolás Maduro Guerra, and that this leaves the PSUV leader 'very worried'.
