Letters printed and mailed now
If your message needs a change before it can be printed, we email you what to fix and print it once you send the corrected version. We refund only when we could have mailed your letter and failed to on our side.
Once your letter has been mailed the order is final. What happens after it leaves our hands (facility handling, delivery, reading, response) is outside our control and is explained in the mail rules.
Letters ready (Diosdado, Padrino)
A letter ready is a discounted US$3.99 letter. We keep your letter on file and mail it if this person is ever held at a facility that accepts mail — there is no deadline on that, and we honour it whenever it happens. Once you submit, it is final and is not refunded, including if that day never comes. US$2 of every letter goes to children's cancer research. If your message needs a change before we can print it, we email you what to fix and send it once you correct it.
Refund timing
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. Typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
